Sophia Ahmad Law, APC was founded in 2016. We are located in the San Francisco Bay Area and focus in tax, corporate, and immigration law. We represent both businesses and individuals locally, nationally, and internationally. 

OUR SERVICES

TAX 

  • We handle IRS, FTB, Various State, Local, and International tax matters for businesses and individuals. 

  • We provide tax planning, tax strategy, tax preparation, and amending services for personal, business, and trust and estate returns.

  • We provide Offers In Compromise, Installment Agreements, Innocent Spouse, Trust Fund Recovery Penalty Relief, FBAR disclosure, and other resolution services.

CORPORATE 

  • We form, revise, revive, and dissolve business entities. 

  • We provide ongoing legal counsel for your solo, small, start-up, and or mid-size business needs.

IMMIGRATION

  • We handle family based immigration services; including but not limited to family sponsorship, fiancé visas, visitor visas, religious visas, removal of conditions, and naturalization.

  • We do NOT handle asylum, removal, employment-based, change of status, and or student visa cases.
